Stranded Loose Tube Non-metallic Strength Member Armored Cable GYDTS outdoor fiber cable
The structure of the GYDTS cable is to insert the 4,6,8,12-core fiber ribbon into the loose tube made of the highest material of the high modules. The loose tube is filled with waterproof compound in the cable.
The center of the core is a metal reinforcing core. For some cores, the metal reinforcing core needs to be extruded with a layer of polyethylene (PE) loose tube and the filling rope is twisted around the center reinforcing core into a compact the round core, and the gap in the core is filled with a water blocking filler. Plastic coated aluminum strip (PSP) vertical package post-extruded polyethylene sheath to form a cable.
The GYDTS fibre cable
1.The structure of the GYTS cable is to insert a 250μm fiber into a loose tube made of a high modules material, and the loose tube is filled with a waterproof compound.
2.The tube is filled with a special gel to protect the fiber.
3.Specially designed tight cable structure to effectively prevent casing retraction
1.Has good mechanical properties and temperature characteristics
2.The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength.
3.The tube is filled with a special gel to protect the fiber.
4.Specially designed tight cable structure to effectively prevent casing retraction
5.Good pressure resistance and flexible
6.PE jacket has good UV radiation resistance
7.Flexible use of 4, 6, 8, 12 fiber ribbons
8.The following measures are taken to ensure the waterproof performance of the cable:
一Single steel wire as the central strength member
一Loose tube is filled with special waterproof compound
一Full core filling
一Plastic coated aluminum tape (PSP) moisture barrier
Meets YD/T 981.3 and IEC60794-1 standards
